Our Team

  • A young child sitting at a table, coloring with crayons on paper, wearing a white shirt and green socks. A woman in a yellow shirt is sitting on the floor, smiling and interacting with the child. There are colorful papers and a laptop on the floor near her.

    Behavior Technicians

Our behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work 1-on-1 with children, providing intensive ABA therapy. By engaging children in play, they make learning fun while teaching the goals outlined on each child’s treatment plan. Each team member is provided with extensive training and on-going supervision by a BCBA, to ensure our team is providing high quality services to each child.

    Senior Therapists

Our senior therapists provide supervision to our team of behavior technicians and RBTs. They assist BCBAs with staff training, client assessments, and on-going program modifications. Senior therapists work directly with caregivers to keep them up-to-date on their child’s progress, and to help ensure the child is able to generalize their skills to home and community settings, during Family Guidance meetings.

    BCBAs

Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) develop individualized treatment plans for each child, by conducting norm-referenced assessment measures, and meeting with the family to identify priorities. They provide supervision and support to our team of behavior technicians and senior therapists, and ensure each child has the support they need to make progress on their goals. BCBAs meet with caregivers monthly to share progress and ensure skill generalization.
